    Overview


    Document management allows users to share and organize electronic files. The solution is designed to resolves the following purposes :
    1. You have to make numerous phone calls to find out which file version is the latest.
    2. Accidental file overwrite
    3. Unaware that someone else had edited your document.
    4. Unable to access your work files when travelling, as you have stored them in your office PC.
    5. Cannot roll-back the changes made to the files.

    Key Functions


    • Version Tracking / Version Control – allow users to store multiple versions. Old versions of a document are kept in the server and can be ‘roll-back’
      • Workflow that control documents submission and notification by e-mail, based on approval or reject status.
      • Digital signature for all the approval.
    • Document streaming, user able to open and edit the major documents type (word, spread sheet and etc) through web directly without any software installed.
    • Undelete/recycle bin feature
    • Audit trail - logging of actions on documents including downloads
    • Mass import of existing file structures
    • Document can be store for projects, transaction or departmental related for easier tracking.
    • Possibility for audit by sending notification of all transactions to an audit email address
    • Possibility to mark files and collections as ‘private’
